Great information on how to live and lead a sustainable, healthy lifestyle provided in a concise format. However, if you are a part of JJ's VIP group, or purchased her 30 day challenge prior, it is the same information and recipes presented in book form.

The best bet for continuing healthy weight loss.

I lost 15 pounds by following JJ Smith's 10 Day Green Smoothie Cleanse. If you have a powerful enough blender, the smoothies listed in it and this book are extremely tasty and satisfying, especially when you see results quickly. Neither books are about a diet, but about a lifestyle change. This book however, contains recipes for supper instead of the 3 smoothies per day. The ones I am able to eat, I make for my family as well. They have enjoyed them just as much as I have and being extremely picky, I was worried about that. They cannot do the actual cleanse right now, but I am changing their menu regardless. The only problem, for me at least, is the amount of recipes that contain seafood. I'm highly allergic, so I either have to recycle the recipes without it or substitute. I know that seafood is good for us, but I do wish there were more recipes without it. For those who don't have this problem or enjoy seafood, this should not be a problem at all.

The book is Awesome. And i would like to thank JJ Smith for starting this great program. I have become healthier, and lost weight in the process with her help and techniques of a lot stuff. I would recommend this book for others.
